Develop New Habbits

Replace unhealthy habits with positive, constructive activities that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This may include regular exercise, meditation, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones.

Keeping Clean

Surround yourself with people who support your recovery and avoid environments or situations that may trigger cravings or relapse. Take it one day at a time doing activities that help you find purpose and meaning to life.

The GoodNews is a platform designed to educate and provide helpful tools to fight drug and alcohol abuse. We create awareness programmes around substance abuse and empower people who are suffering from these addictions. Our platform encourages dialogue through sharing real-life and real-time experiences, and humanizing what goes on in the mind and body of persons who are afflicted with the disease of addiction. We want to empower people to recover from addiction and empower families and friends to assist their loved ones who are suffering from addiction. 

Mr. Ndabezinhle Mabuya is an author, he has published his first book, its title is “A destructive way of Living”. He is a life coach and a public speaker on the subject of addiction and substance abuse disorder and how it affects individuals and specifically black South African communities. Widespread drug use is often encouraged and enabled by society. Society has and continues to willingly create all the addicts that we see in every street corner. Therefore, we as communities and families are responsible to undo this.
